Getting error pop-up while changing status on MWO

What version of the app are you using?

Is this just a single user experience or is this happening for all users?

It could be a security grants issue that is causing this error so please ensure you have granted all relevant permissions to your user

What app and what IFS Cloud release are you on? Work Order Journal was replaced by Event Management in 23R2 and the error could indicate that MWO still wants to use the old functionality.

I am using the 23R2 version, and checked the security grants, still having this issue for all users.

 

Is this a Vanilla version of the Service/Maintenance app or could this error come from a customization?

Thought custom events might be causing the pop-up, but even after turning them off, the pop-up still appears. This happens in browser and even in the latest version of MWO

Realized that there was an issue with customization for the "My work assignment list command”. Removed and redid the customization, and after re-initializing MWO, everything worked smoothly. Thanks for all the suggestions! :)
