Error on MWO app

I am getting the error attached when I am completing a survey on the MWO app (version 10.15.1365.0).

It happens when I move to the next question. The format of the question seems fine, I have compared it with others ones.

It is of Type “Numerical” and “Not Dependent”. A number has to be entered and then it should go to the next question.
