Does anyone know why I’m getting the faield transactions sometimes “Entity not found”?
The customer is using mwo app10 upd8.
It updates everything, the steps, assignmet, pictures, but the method to save the status of the work task does not update.
could it be the quality of the customer’s internet, something in mobile server or other reason?

Couldn't recreate the issue in regional test lkp.
I'm reporting this to the customer relating about internet comunication because most of the work tasks are syncing properly.
