We have a requirement for a customer for which we would like to use eforms as digital forms to replace site appraisal forms. What we would like to achieve is that the technician completes a site appraisal in an eform and that the eform after completion stays on the mobile device. This is so that other technicians can see what has been completed in the eform during the execution of the work. Does anyone know if this is possible?

LEVEAU,

Don't know if you've solved your puzzle yet, but the eForms are work order related. What I don't understand is how other technicians would see the results as they are not the owner of the work order.

Have you tried looking into automatically transform the eForm into a document (of document management) and have that connected to to the object. As a result the document would/could automatically be linked to the new work order for other technicians and the steps done on the execution can be followed?

Another idea might be that the eForms are in one way or another turned into operation steps/tasks and will become the standard work instruction for the object (object type/part/repair issue).
