Hello dear Community,

 

I’m exploring the possibility to change the OOTB Datasource function to a customized one for better performance for a specific page of IFS Cloud, namely the Dispatch Console.

 

I have found how to set the Datasource Function using the Page Designer, but I have not yet found how to define a custom Datasource function. Could somebody point me in the right direction, please? Thank you

You are on 24.1, right? Did the new Materialized Views not improve the performance? How many resources and allocations do you typically visualize on the Gantt? 

Hi @Alexander Heinze . Yes, we are on 24.1 and no, the new materialized views did not improve. In fact, what I see is that the filter on Competency and/or Region takes tremendously long to load, in comparison to a filter on Resource ID.

I’m trying to load ± 50 resources with just a handful of allocations using Region/Competency as a filter. But even with 10/15 resources it is terribly slow.

 

Any idea on how to change the Datasource function?
