We got suggestion from one of our customer saying that they want the system to create individual work orders for all connected objects when using the New Handover Reference - Work Order function so that work orders can be raised against all applicable objects.
Currently the system only has the functionality to raise 1 x work order using the New Handover Reference - Work Order.
For example, they send a task to one of their operational sites saying that check item A on all of the turbines on site and the way they can set up every unit on site would require a separate work order to be able to go and work on that unit. So, each turbine would require a different work order to be able to work on it. This is the current functionality.
From the current system they encountered below issues,
Increase resource required to input similar information.
Increase number of Tasks in the system to account for the 1-1 association.
Suggestion is the system to create individual work orders for all connected objects when using the New Handover Reference - Work Order function so that work orders can be raised against all applicable objects.
