Hello,

I tried to add a custom field in the  ‘Custom’ Context for MWO Service and MWO Maint App. 

I’ve Refreshed Cache from Solution Manager > System Information and Utilities > Refresh Server Cache > “MobileApplication” > Refresh Cache

Also, I have checked the connected context for the perticular using in IFS Aurena Client and I can see that it is picking the custom context as expected.

But, when I check the Logs window, I can see that it is picking the context as global even though I Disconnect/Connect from the mobile client.

 

Is there any limitation for the custom contexts?

I remember there was an issue with MWO and configuration contexts and I’m not sure if the fix was back-ported to 22R2.

You will need to reactivate the device to apply the newly assigned Context.
