Hi, 

 

"IFS Notify Me" requires frequent re-login prompts (typically every 2-3 hours). Is it possible to stay logged in to IFS Notify Me by adjusting certain parameters? Thanks!

@feng it looks like you’re referring to IFS Cloud, but can you confirm this please?

Assuming it’s IFS Cloud, you can stay logged into IFS Notify Me for up to 10 hours provided Notify Me is active, and not idle for more than approximately 2 hours. Unfortunately, if you’re idle for more than 2 hours the background sync will not run and therefore the authentication token renewal will not happen either, thereby prompting you to re-authenticate.

Currently, these durations are not configurable.
