Hello,
Is there a way to create recurring invoices in IFS? We would like to invoice automatically some of our services for example once a month or once a year. Is there functionality or some kind of way to do this in IFS?
We are running IFS 9 and we don’t have FSM-software in use.

You can use Service Contracts to generate recurring invoices on which ever the frequency you setup. It can then be setup to pick up on Service Contract Invoice generation schedule job

Hi, big thanks for the answer. Would there be any other way with basic IFS functionality? We don't have contact management module in use.
Is there any documentation available, explaining the general concept of service contracts ?
