We have managed to get Absence Requests to appear on the Aurena Notify Me app from Apps10 Upd 12. We can approve OK but if we try to reject, it asks for a rejection reason. It offers a search field but we cannot click in it or type in it.
I believe that the list of rejection reasons have not been synchronised with the device.
Does anyone know how to make this happen?

Just a question, maybe a very stupid question, have you added the rejection reason in the Request Rejection Reason in Absence Administration Basic Data? It need to be available there in order to be synchronized to the device.
What you should get is a set of different reject reasons so you can choose which one to use.

That was it!
We have the reasons in Production but for some reason they were not in DEV where I am testing.
I’ve copied them across and it’s now offering them in the app.
