Some of our users get this problem (not always) where attachments in the CO or PO are not shown. 

 

Circled in blue below. 

 

I tried things such as clearing the 2.0 folder, etc. But this user gets the issue time to time. 

 

Do you know why?

I think this could be a permission  issue. Can you check users with the issue in the access group or directly access given to the document for view/edit. You can check this by going to the document revision window query the relevant document and check the access tab. Hope this will help.

I did Sahan, user is in the access group. The strangest thing is, after a while, the user gets to see the attachments.
