 Hi Community,

we are having issue, where a mWO app user cannot see the service contract in mWo when he selected the Customer.

we can't think of why..

The mobile user is active, connected to proper site, has user per site .... not sure what else?

we currently use MWO APPS 10, UPD9

Please advise and your contribution will be helpful.

Hi @meshfemi,

You can check following as well.

  • Service contract connected site is allowed to mobile user
  • Service contact in Active status
  • Objects connected to Service contract are shown in mobile > My objects

The first two were confirmed ok. 

The third one could not be confirm because we couldn't even get to the objects, as we weren't able to get past the Service Contract.

Though have reported the case to IFS.
