Count of users in Shop Floor Workbench CTU

Hi We have a CTU User limit of 350 in the SFW CTUand Current usage says 350We have on one site 258 Shop Floor employees set as Workbench Userand on another site 12 employeesSo the question is how 270 users count as 350?Or are some other users also counted?br Per
