Currently, we are looking for ways to consume PSO’s events as we are starting to see a ton happening daily. We would like an automated way of consuming these events as they are happening so we can categorize them (human error vs system) and trying to fix anything as quickly as we can. We have been told that Events can be consumed manually by downloading them from the Admin > Support or Admin > Events. Or their is an endpoint in the Restful gateway we could use, but querying them too frequently will have a performance impact. Could we have alternate methods for consuming System Events or Dataset Audits without impacting performance that be hit pretty frequently (every 5 or 10 or 15 mins)?
When trying to filter audits by dataset, if I select that i want all databases and select one dataset it filters to only the scheduling database for the selected dataset. I can filter specifically to see only modelling or scheduling of the dataset but i can’t see both with showing all databases and datasets. Any else experiencing this issue? Is this a bug in the UI?
We are having some troubles understanding some of the differences in the ABE and DSE and how it’s effecting our appointment booking. We typically request appointment’s via the ABE and then accept one of the offers and send it to the DSE. We are constantly finding that a lot of our appointment offers are being returned with available = false and that the reason code = 470. Digging through a ton of these appointments requests we have been trying to use the explainability service to better understand the WHY it was unavailable for any particular resource. We have been finding that for a good amount of our appointment requests they are showing as unavailable simply because of a plan value decrease. What we are looking to understand is what would cause an activity with a base value greater than 100 being added to the schedule that would cause the plan value to decrease? The required skills, amount of the time available in the shift, the max travel all point to the resource being capable and
We are doing some research into some of our markets and want to see why the ABE told us certain appointment slots that we asked for we unavailable. To my understanding, if i go and use the explainability service right now for an activity that was scheduled 2 or 3 days ago, it’ll validate who it would schedule to right now and why, vs what the plan looked like at the time of booking. Can we use the explainability service somehow with old plans (the plan used when creating the appointment request maybe) to see why it might have chosen who it dad back then? Can we use an API to create requests for the explainability service?
I am having trouble setting up locationless activities. So far, removing the location from the Activity creation throws the activity in the catchall with an invalid location. We have the parameter to allow locationless activities enabled but aren’t able to create any. Any documentation on this would be greatly appreciated.
Is there a way to export our modelling ARP files via REST api or other way outside of clicking Export on the modelling dataset in the UI.
Is there a way to filter user by the group that they are assigned to? Or to view all the users assigned to a group in the UI? I know we can pull the XML of the org and look through that but just looking for a quicker/ cleaner way to see who is assigned to a specific group.
