We will be performing our Annual Inventory for the first time since going to IFS Aurena. Is there a best practice for doing annual inventory? From what I found, it seems like IFS is designed around continuous cycle counting instead of the Annual Inventory. What is your experience?
I keep reading about how user friendly Aurena is, does anyone else find the statement inaccurate?
I have a number of jobs that will migrate with 3 Operations, one for Set-up, one for Run and one to Approve and close the job. IFS allows all of the steps to be performed as part of one operation. I would like to copy and paste the work guidelines from step 20 into step 10, etc. Can’t figure out how to do it. There must be an easy way, I just can’t find it.
The scrap system requires multiple steps through multiple operations and multiple departments. What is the easiest way to get replacement parts to the line to keep production running.
