Dear IFS-Community! I want to set up the following functionality: the scheduled worktime per week is 38,5h all hours obove the 40th hour worked per week (but maximum 5 hours) are multiplied with 0,25 this value should be booked into the timebalance (on sunday) Is there a way to identifiy these hours? And if yes, how can they raise the time balance? Thank you verry much!
Hi IFS-Community! An IFS-Consultant told me once, that the usage of the flexible break rule in daytypesrequires the “Move Day type to the First Clock In” in Flexible Work Time setup. Is this correct? And if yes - why? Best Regards, Veronika
Hi IFS-Community, does anyone know if its possible to set up individual maximum values for the time balance and execute these values with balance reconciliation?Example: the standard maximum value for the Time Balance is 75 hours. (gets cut down monthly)a parttime employee with 50% employment is allowed to have 37,5 hours in his time balance another employee negotiates with HR, that he/she is allowed to have 200 hours in his/her time balance Thanks for your help, Veronika
Hi IFS-Community! We want to set up the team calendar for an easy way to check the coworkers holiday plans. Our employees enter their holidays in the Absence Window. A normal Employee is only allowed to see his/her own Absences. The current teamcalender setup leads to the following:The Employees can only see their own absences. If we give position acces as followed in the pics, the employees can see their coworkers absences in the teamcalendar which ist great. BUT they also can see their coworkers absences in the Absence window which is absolutely not okay! Why is a teamcalender setup done if access to all absences needs to be granted as well? Or am I on a wrong track? Best, Veronika

Hi Community!I have a question concerning work on public holiday. The set up is as it follows: If an employee works on public holiday, normally he doesn’t get any increments. The time is shown in the Time Card Day Result, but nothing happens. If the supervisor confirms the work on public holiday, an increment is added. Therefore the Day Type has to be changed into a Day Type with increments. But it seems, that the system has a problem with calculating a Deviation Day on days that are already substituted: Am I right with my assumtion that Substitute Days cannot be overridden with Deviation Days? Hi IFS-Community! We are using APPS10 and want to enable the approval flow for holidays. The employee should register holidays (this is only possible in “my absence calendar” and the absence registration assistant, right?), the supervisor should approve the requested holiday and HR should authorize the request. All other absences should be registered by the employee and approved and authorized by HR. For this I set up the following access roles: Self-Access: This is the supervisors’ role: And this is the HR-Accessrole: atm the supervisor is allowed to approve all absences but not holidays.. I need this the other way round.Any suggestions what may help? Thanks in advance, Veronika
