Hello, I have two custom tables in a custom screen (Preferred Technician) that I will use for recording clients' technician preferences.Custom Table A – ParentCustom Table B – Child A custom global code table – Technician Ranking (1-5)Scenario:In the custom screen (Preferred Technician), In the header (Table A will be used here), I have, for example, the "Set#", "Product Family", and "Client ID" fields. I can select the product family and client ID, then click SAVE, and a Preferred Technician Set will be created.I will then go to the Preferred TECH to add the preferred Technician for this Set#. All the preferred Tech lines will be saved in Table B. Each Set# can have max five preferred technicians, and these technicians should be ranked. The same technician cannot be reused within the same Set#, nor can the ranking number be reused. Therefore, I cannot set the Ranking field to "is unique" in Table B, as it would prevent reuse of the same ranking number in other sets. I have tried the "i
Hello,I have a question related to the lookup setting for the custom table.I've created a custom table where I can store the data set. I would like to know if it's possible to configure the CODE field to become a lookup field only in advanced search in order to filter the current data set of the same table. It's not possible to set up the lookup directly in the custom metadata because that would restrict me from creating a new data set in this table as it would always require selecting something existing from the table. Thank you in advance for your kind help.
Hello,I am currently having an issue with defaulting the value in a lookup screen. I have attempted to enter the default value in the properties of the field, but it is not being displayed in the field. I have also tried using the Lookup Navigation of that field and entered the search criteria along with the value. However, the value is only displayed when I click the loope icon of that field on the Lookup , and the pop-up shows the default value that I have inputted in the Lookup Navigation. What users would like to see is the default value being displayed when they click A BUTTON , which triggers the lookup popup screen. The lookup popup should be populated, and the defaulted value should be displayed without the need to click the loope in the popup again to have their default value. Is there a way to manage this through configuration, without the need to create any custom script?I would greatly appreciate your help. Thank you in advance.Btw, FSM 6U23 is used for this scenario.
Hello,we have a client who wants their ADDRESS_ID and CONTACT.CONTACT_SEQUENCE to always be 10 digits, for example, Address ID: 0012345678.When we import the customer's current sample data, the leading zeros in Address ID (e.g., 00 in 0012345678) are not displayed. We only see 12345678.In FSM, both of these fields are of the DECIMAL data type in the FSM Metadata, and it is not possible to override them with custom metadata.Apart from using a user_def field with a column type of STRING, are there any other options?Thank you in advance for your kind help.
Hello, the Schedule_Rank does not seem to be populated after when scheduling status is committed(tech assigned by PSO) and it’s not modifiable in FSM. I would like to know what the mechanism is for populating the "Schedule_Rank" in the FSM.Is it the commit sort value, which is passed from PSO?
