Monitor schedules / Integration schedules time fields

There are three columns on the Integration schedules screen, Trigger, Last Run and Next Run. If you schedule the task running daily, those columns do include HH:MM data. I’m wondering in which time zone those fields are?? Also, Integration Scheduling Wizard includes HH:MM field. Local Time zone?Here is a picture clip which causes confusion:

FSM Smart / Web client date format configuration

Is there any way to define client date format other than workstation region setting? It is wanted that FSM displays date in UK format while the workstation region setting is US. (The whole application)
