We created a process flow which updates installed items. This is working well but we noticed that the change is only visible in Mobile after the user reinitializes . If the installed item is changed in Backoffice, the change is visible in Mobile almost immediately. The item.last_change_date field is is updating automatically in both cases. Is there a trick to getting the process flow change to download to Mobile?
In V14, the users could check the “Use Local Date and Time Format for Reports” checkbox to ensure the dates in reports were displayed properly based on their local region.How do reports determine the date format to use in v15x? I found this post from a few years ago but I am not sure this would work for us as we have users around the global and date and number formats need to display based on their region.
We had a power outage yesterday due to a storm. We had to shut down all of our servers. I just noticed that the Alliance process flow named ASTEA_CleanupLocks has not been running for a while. I tried to restart it but received the following error message.I am seeing a large number of records in the ap_lock table. Questions: Does this process flow clear old locks and should it always be enabled? Does this work with v15.4 SU2 Is there other methods of clearing old locks?
We are looking for a solution to capture multiple attributes on an installed item. A dropdown list similar to the Problem Codes field on a service order is desirable but this does not seem to be an option in customizer.

How does the time zone table (tzone_utc) table gets updated?The function dbo.ConvertToDBTime listed in the documentation seems to do what we need but it returns NULL for Time Zones which have the Daylight Savings flag checked but no records for the date range being converted.Is the function dbo.get_tzone_diff used? The version in our production environment refers to the table tzone which no longer exists. The version of this function I found in the demo database uses the newer tzone_utc table.
We would like to store information for formatting addresses per country for customer facing documents. I discovered a field named address_format in the country table. This does not appear to be used by Alliance.Can anyone confirm if this field is used by Alliance v14.5?
