Good afternoon, We use ODATA integration to retrieve data from various Views and Tables in FSM.We've noticed that all ODATA "GET" requests are constrained by the value set in the "ROW_LIMIT" application parameter. Is there a way for ODATA to return more than the Row_limit set number of rows without increasing the Row Limit across the entire system?Perhaps this could be defined in the Custom Metadata, by Table or View? Thank you!
All, Is there a way to Hierarchy select with a variable date? Static dates work fine, but I cannot figure out how to put a variable date in a hierarchy selectI tried a variety of expressions & variables without luck, such as: Today() @expression[Today()] @expression[Now()] another dttm column (such as task.plan_end_dttm) This works as intended, with a static date value:<hierarchy_select> <attrs> <attr>task.task_id</attr> </attrs> <primary_table>task</primary_table> <from> <table>task</table> </from> <where> <data_constraint> <constraint> <left_operand>task.plan_start_dttm</left_operand> <operator>gt</operator> <right_operand>4/26/2024</right_operand> </constraint> </data_constraint> </where></hierarchy_select> This is what I’m trying to accomplish, which I cannot get to workSample 1 (variabl
Good Evening, We've observed that the task.note field is consistently included in various payloads.During unrelated (task) imports, the task.note appears in the error logs and import results. It also shows up when updates are applied to tasks (update results) and when checking mx_u for usage activity, as it is present in every XML payload (mx_u_07). Despite confirming that neither FSM Default nor custom metadata has the task.note set to Force Select, and even after creating a custom column definition for task.note with Force Select explicitly set to "N", the issue persists. Our problem with this is that task.note often contains extensive text related to job specifications, making it a substantial addition to every payload, usage record, import log, and update payload. This likely impacts performance. Also, the length and format of task.note complicates reading our import logs and is problematic to paste into Excel due to multiple line breaks. Do you have any suggestions on how we can e
We are using IFS FSM Mobile App, completely baseline, version 6u24. The screen in question is DebriefTaskSteps, which is set up as a “List with Checkbox” screen type. I noticed that on the DebriefTaskSteps screen, which shows a list of steps to be completed, the validations around “completing” a step are missing. Example; when you have a step that is set to “Signature Required”, in the DebriefTaskStep (not plural) screen, you cannot complete that Step unless you add the signature. In the checklist screen (DebriefTaskSteps), you can simple check it, even without a signature, it allows you, no questions asked. I am looking for a way to add conditions to the checkboxes on the List screen. read-only until certain parameters are completed (attachments / notes / signatures) invisible unti certain parameters are completed.if the above cannot be done; can we somehow remove the checkbox on that screen altogether, forcing the tech to open the step detail (TaskDebriefStep) and complet
