Hello!I am searching for the purpose of end date in the Salary planning and review. If I will set the review period on one calendar year, what happens after 1st January of the next year? Previous review will just become base salary and that’s it?Another case is the possibility of distributing one-off special bonus/reward to all employees at once. May I change wage code to differentiate parts of the final pay? Setting the review period to one month would not be enough, because it is meant to be disposable. Thank you in advance!
