Hello! We are hosting the FSM app for iOS on a third-party application. On that platform, several users are unable to download the FSM app. What could the probable causes be? Some details:After clicking on download, the download button text turns to ‘Try installing again’ Other apps on the platform can be downloaded without any issue iOS versions on the users’ phones vary between 16 and 17 iPhone regions are also different Users previously had the app on their phones but deleted the older version to download the latest version Any license related checks needed?Any input will be helpful
When we add signatures from the ‘DebriefReview’ screen, the signature is saved as an attachment. How can we save it to the task it was created from?
Is there a way in which a task, that has 2 or more resources assigned, can be open on the mobile app of all the technicians? The is an error message that reads ‘Task has been picked up already.’
In FSM, we have extracts, which are set up for most tables for which we have sync rules. Why are extracts needed and will sync rule for a table work without an extract setup for the table?

We added a new custom button on one of our mobile screens. It is appearing as expected on the Android devices, but on the iOS app/devices the button appears as a read-only text field/ label. Is there any way to make the button appear as rectangular buttons on the iOS app as well?
