I read in another thread that there may be an MPM to re-price a request. My first question would be, is there documentaiton on available MPMs?If not, could someone confirm if there is a re-price request MPM and if so its name? The intention would be to assign it to a button on the request screen to re-price any part on non-part usages lines. We change linecodes if the customer has caused the breakdown to initiate charging however changing a linecode on a part usage line does not initiate a re-price.If I can get that working I may look to do it automatically using a business rule to trigger the MPM however I need to know if such an MPM is available in the first instance. Thanks,Barry
I am attempting to update all part usage lines on a Task when task.user_def4 is set to a particular value.I have setup a Custom Process XML business rule with TASK as the Primary Table and this is firing when task.user4 is set. The Custom Process is shown below.I want to update part_usage.part_line_code on all part usage lines on the task. The Business Rule is shown below. The error I get when my BR fires is “Attempt to update a record without providing all Primary Key information”.My XML is as follows. <update_part_usage><part_usage><part_usage>@task_id</part_usage><part_line_code>MIS</part_line_code><update/></part_usage></update_part_usage> Any guidance on where i have gone wrong would be appreciated. Thanks,Barry
We are upgrading from FSM 5.5 to 6U27 so a big jump. We have noticed the date format required for import export is in the form below in 6U27 with the T character. In FSM 5.5, import export uses standard SQL date/time format.I can work around this using the below when preparing data however is there any option to use standard date time formats in the Import Export tool? The database holds the data without the ‘T’ so strange that the import export tool uses it. select product_id, CONVERT(VARCHAR(50), user_def_dttm1, 127) from product
