Is there a way to pull the Main Representative from the customer record to a Business Opportunity for that customer? There does not appear to be an existing api call for this information.(version 10)
We can send emails from IFS Call Center, but the responses don’t load back into IFS, everything past the original email is in Outlook. Is there a way to get responses to emails sent from a Call Center case back into the case?
How can I see what delivery number a serial number shipped on? The serial numbers show on the Delivery note, but If I want to go the opposite direction, I can’t seem to see where the serial number records what delivery note it shipped on.
We are on IFS 10 and using Google Chrome as our default browser company-wide. We have installed the msi file and the Chrome Extension on everyone’s computer.What we are finding, is if Chrome is open when the user clicks on an emailed IFS link, everything works fine. However, if Chrome is not open, when you click on the link, you get the warning message at the bottom of Chrome that the link may be harmful to your computer do you want to continue? If you click the button to continue, it will open IFS, but will not proceed to the correct location in IFS.It seems that Chrome is stopping the link before the extension has a chance to kick-in.Is there a way around this?
Is it possible to create an MRB on a PO receipt of a subcontract part?When I RMB on an inventory part receipt, I get the option to create an MRB, but I don’t get that option for a subcontract item. IFS10 UPD9
