@CKOppBox in theory you would need to create a custom process to mass update all contract PM schedules status to Schedule on Hold for those PM Schedules associated to a contract for that place based on place status, then a reversal rule when you want them to recreate, but as many customers generate PMs in advance you also have to account for what is already generated but not completed usually.

I generally use a default value ‘0’ similarly to how the stock screen sets dates when the stock record is created. this works well on request at least so we have a date the request actually started being created vs saved.
This is not configurable and would require custom code to remove the additional characters. I believe some years back I put on the Idea wall to be able to effect this with perhaps a variable such as {{request_id}} but it is also my understanding this is specifically required in notifications as the file is temporarily stored and the notification must fetch that file if attachments are included.
@Sajith Anushan that definitely is not what the release notes say “The FSMPSO Integration has been enhanced to allow private activities (work calendar exceptions) to be imported to FSM from PSO”
