Hello @InnChathI I don’t know exactly why this form don’t let you add a new button with the Command Manager, but you can try copy other button from a similar form and paste it. This should be work and you will see a new PushButton in the Command Manager tree Best Regards,

Hi @mick.colpitts ,That issue most of the times is due to trying to assign a large value to a smaller variable, perhaps a text note with more than 2000 characters into a VARCHAR2(2000) field.As Bhagya suggests, open Debug Console, if you have access use PLSQL Develpover and copy the trace to a TEST Window, execute the TEST and the error trace show you which field/variable is the cause of the error.Regards,Pedro
