Or in other words, if it is possible to consider the current day (working or non working) before allocation of a task to a future shift date.
Hi @tomgreenwood Thanks for the reply. So can we consider the source field value other than 1 are always auto dispatched by PSO?
@Sajith Anushan one additional query. Is it possible to change the color of icons to differentiate?
Hi SajithI have added the topic on ideas.
Thanks Fredrik and roklde
Hi FredrikCan I consider this and inform the customer as a formal comunication feedback from IFS?Because we need to provide the response back to the customer. Thanks,Jagath
Hi FredrikThanks for the reply and detailed explanation. I really appreciate that.If we add the mime type type in IIS, will there be any impact or security concerns at server level? As I see the the IFS R&D has given reply on iOS issue that “We have reviewed this submission, but are not considering this change as part of the FSM 6 product line at this time.” I assume that the issue will be considered by IFS R&D as an enhancement in the future, which means that this issue can be fixed at application level? Thanks,Jagath
Hi @IFS RD Product Management Do you have any update or feedback on the issue?++ @ERCASHUTOSH
Hi IFS teamIn my opiniion if the file type is not blaclisted it should download and open. If this is an issue or product limitation, since all android and iOS users are facing this issue, the IFS RnD should not ignore this request and need to look into this issue on priority.Because .msg is a common file format which user may use quite frequently for any approvals, acces requests etc. due to some restricted entry. Is there any such IFS document describing this limitation? Can you please recommend which application to be used? Thanks,Jagath
Hi RokldI am using Android device. I saw the conversation for iOS in community. Since I observed the issue in Android, I added the question.First of all is this an issue for android? If yes when will IFS RnD consider for both Android and iOS?
HiIf we decrease the param value from 50 to 5, it may impact/delay the assignment as well? Thanks,Jagath
I see the default value as 50 in PSO parameters. Are you saying that the lower the value, the clustering algorithm go for infinite loop? For example, if we set 400, will the clustering algorithm go for infinite loop? How this paraeter value is going to impact the optimization and the DSE utilization/performance?
