Hi Doug,The case management in CE (the call centre module in cloud) can be tailored to suit your needs using our Studio Designer module. It gives you the ability to design the application and behaviour of the interface that call centre staff would be using.If a mailbox is configured to feed in to the application then whether the communication is from internal or external sources it can be handled. The concurrency checks tick box is required in order to allow etag values to be passed in the projection actions. this can be found in the Provider Details section of Studio Designer.
Hi Damian, The voicemail emails should be sent out to the email address that is configured as the Main Contact Email in the contact Centre Detail. It doesnt look as though one is configured on the Pagero pre-prod account. Cheers,Matt
