Date format in reports showing US format

Hi Phil,This is what users receive when attempting to change the UI language. Our users all use the English UI version but they change their Employee Language to one of the 13 we support.Our Alliance and local customizations are only in English.

Date format in reports showing US format

Hi Phil. Thank you for the replies. The UI is displaying the dates properly for my colleagues in the UK but the dates in the reports all show in the US format. We have checked the browser settings and they appear correct.Our users around the global use the English UI but their browsers will be set to their local languages.The Service Order report generated by Mobile Edge is setting the dates in the correct format but when the report is generated in back office, the dates are in US format. Hi Reid, Thank you for the suggestion. We ran multiple tests and here is what we discovered:1. Updated in Back Office - Installed Item on a callStandard field changes are visible immediately. Custom field changes not visible immediately unless work list is refreshed. If a standard field is also updated in back office, all changes will be visible immediately.2. Updated in Back Office - Installed Item not on a callStandard field changes are visible immediately. Custom field updates not visible even after work list is refreshed. Need to reinitialize to see the change. If a standard field is also updated in back office, all changes will be visible immediately.3. Updated by Process flow - Installed Item on a callRefresh shows the changes for both standard and custom fields.4. Updated by Process flow - Installed Item not on a callRefresh will not show the changes for standard or custom field without reinitializing.

Hi Reid,Thank you for the quick response. The process flows are updating the installed item via an API call. We have multiple process flows which are updating custom fields and one that updates the Item Notes field. We had a similar issue. Try increasing the “ReportTextLimit” value in a test environment.

Is there a way to add a multi-select dropdown list using customizer?

We are still looking for a solution to capture multiple attributes on an installed item. We currently have v15.4 SU2 but plan to update to SU4 soon.Curious if there was functionality added to SU3 or SU4 which would allow us to add a multiselect dropdown.

Is it possible to change customer info on Repair Order after product received??

Thank you for the reply Phil.We typically bill through the Repair Order. The billing address seems to be locked when the order reaches the Resolved status.The user has already shipping the item in the system back to the customer. Any suggestions on how to cancel this order and create a new order or line to use for billing?
