Web - Concatenated under locationElement DesignerData Source Designer View
@qquac Can you elaborate on the issue you have? Cheers! Exactly the same issue as the original poster. In the web client, the navigation values are being concatenated instead of being split like in the smart client.
Hello. Was this ever solved?
Hi @qquac I am not following. You are updating the place record - place.phy_svc_grp_c. What is it you want to get updated? Is it non_part_usage.user_Def4? Cheers! I want to update non_part_usage.user_def4 with the change I made to place.phy_svc_grp_c.
Hi @Shneor Cheshin,This one did not work - no pop ups were generatedvar selectedValue = getDBValues("SP_USER_ROLE",personID)[0].user_def9;This one pop ups were generated but it didn’t produce the expected results.alert(selectedValue + "this is a test") → Alert only shows “this is a test”var selectedValue = getDBValues("SP_USER_ROLE",personID);alert(selectedValue[0].user_def9);I tried adjusting the Client Script SQL to the below and it did populate the expected results.select USER_DEF9 from PERSON where PERSON_ID = 'JSMITH'var selectedValue = getDBValues('SP_USER_ROLE',personID);alert(selectedValue[0].user_def9);I am curious if it’s because of how the variable is set. Since the personID is a string, does it need to have quotes surrounding it? If so, how do I concatenate this variable with quotes around it?var selectedValue = getDBValues('SP_USER_ROLE',personID);
SSO / OIDC enablement in PSO is only required when you also want to login directly into PSO and you have users that are created only inside PSO - not via the FSM/PSO User Integration. Thus, if you have enabled SSO in FSM for your User you have to login to FSM via SSO in order to get into PSO. FSM and PSO are only exchanging a token and your User ID, which is your SSO ID when the SSO enabled flag is set on your User in FSM. Simply ask your admin to check the Users in PSO and which of them is enabled (UserID in PSO = FSM Person ID or UserID in PSO = SSO ID). Best regards Roman FSM user ID = SMITHJPSO user ID = SMITHJSSO user ID = JOHN_SMITHDoes this mean that SSO through FSM to PSO is not possible if SSO user ID and PSO user ID do not match? The SSO user ID is like that due to their email address
Hi! I assume you are talking about a PSO environment that is connected with FSM and you are using the “PSO System User”-flag on the FSM Person-record? Eventually your user got deactivated upon the nightly load - please refer to this thread: If you have enabled SSO, then your basic authentication user will be disabled as well. Best regards Roman I believe that is the issue. SSO is not enabled for PSO yet. When it is activate, will this issue still happen?
@qquac Can you please share what was the bug? What is the fix? Cheers! Duplicate records exist in the event history for person_place. The Business Rule is configured correctly but is being executed twice. The issue has been fixed in UPD 28
Thank you for your replies. There was a bug found in the system.
No more information. When I checked the data, all of the rows had populated to what we wanted. The screenshot was just to show where the number was coming from eg it showed 15 rows successfully but in reality it was 100.
Hi @qquac, Did you check if your redirect URI for web client is correct? What is the Redirect URI you are using? Thanks & Best Regards, Hushan https://fsmwebclientportal.superiorpropane.com/IFSWebClientPortal_Dev/api/fsm/signin-oidc
@Shneor Cheshin thank you it worked!
Hi @roklde ,Thank you for your reply. I should have provided more information. The user uses a Google Chrome ADD-On called High Contracts. This allows the internet pages to invert colours so its white on black normally. They are finding that this does not work with FSM. Is there an Add-On or extension that will support this in FSM?
