I think I have found a solution how to make it works in newest version of Analyzer.When the processing is finished after initial start of Analyzer and message “Invalid base tag” is displayed just press OK and then manually set folders: Base UPD, Target UPD and Modifications to relevant folders created automatically by Analyzer (in may case they were located in E:\Updaclones). Then “Analyze” button should work fine.
