The following lookup filter expression should work:from item as Item where Item.product.shortCode != 'PIMS'Although you’ve said you’re trying to hide 1 item. The above expression will actually hide all items with a product shortcode of ‘PIMS’. You may only have one item that qualifies for that in which case you’re fine, but in the event you actually want to hide a single item called ‘PIMS’ then the expression for that would be:from item as Item where Item.shortCode != 'PIMS'
Changes were made in 11.5 to improve the default styling of knowledge procedures. While the text is expected to look a bit different, it *should* be consistent. There are a couple of things that may be affecting what you are seeing. 1. One possibility is that the knowledge procedure itself has formatting applied to some of the text that may have previously had no visible impact to how it displayed in 11.4, but now with the 11.5 changes it stands out. For example if a block of text has had its font explicitly set in the editor. You would need to open the knowledge procedure in assyst and check in the editor if there's any extra formatting applied and potentially remove them. 2. If you are using a custom theme and specifically the same theme in 11.5 that you used for 11.4, css changes added to 11.5 may be conflicting with css in the older 11.4 change. You should be able to quickly confirm if this is the case or not by temporarily switching to the default out of the box theme called Ameth
Columns in lookup dialogs aren’t configurable as such, but it is possible to hide these columns using css. The only drawback is that this will apply to all lookup dialogs, not just Item ones. If you need those columns displayed on some dialogs but not others then it might be an idea to raise an idea via our ideas section https://community.ifs.com/ideas?filters%5BproductArea%5D%5B0%5D=assyst To actually hide the columns, the following css can be added by an admin in assyst (Administration -> Styling). Select assystNET from the dropdown then add the css below and save the form. ..lookup-dialog .field-shortCode,.lookup-dialog .field-csg{ display: none;}When you then log back into assyst self service portal, the fields will be hidden. Be aware that the data will still be available in the html source so people can still find it via inspecting the source in the browser tools, so this solution may not be appropriate if the aim is to ensure end users can’t ever get access t
