Hello Ziad, Regarding network devices in general, this will depend on the exact model of the device if it is supported or not and SNMP must be used (for this case I suggest you raise an incident with support.). It is possible that we can discover the WLC , however the interconnected APs are still not supported. This is currently in the ITOM Product roadmap, so if you need any updates regarding this, feel free to contact your CSM. Kind regards,Scott

Hello Mohammad Ahtesham, This post refers specifically to the agent installation process. We have been investigating the reported issue. We can confirm the following: The passwords are only visible during the installation of the agent on the end device. The passwords are not visible while being transferred to the device The passwords are not visible on the network once the agent has been installed and is communicating with the server This needs to be raised as an idea rather than as a question so that the appropriate teams can address it.
