I have some activities, released, within the dates but I have one with valid report codes and another without report code, the system for customer A is fetching all the activities regardless if they have valid report codes or not (off course I am unable to book time on the one that doesn’t have the report code)
I have the same scenario with a diferent enviroment (Customer B) in this case only activities with valid report code are fetched when trying to book time
When booking time, only the activity with the valid report code is available , and the report code is fetched automatically. ( wich is the desired scenario)
What could be causing this difference in the behaivours? I have tried changing access to the project, review the company properties, review the report codes etc. Thanks,
