The best place to start learning and getting idea about IFS Projects module (or any other IFS module) is to refer to the IFS online documentation. It has all the process maps and their descriptions in order. You can go to IFS Cloud Documentation, and under “IFS Functional Area Modules” section, you can locate “Project Management”. After expanding it, you can find the main areas of Project Management, which are Project Planning, Project Execution, Project Reporting, Project Conclusion, etc... You can start with Project Planning I recommend. After clicking on it, you will go to the full process diagram of Project Planning, where you can drill down further into each sub processes and activities, and the About descriptions as well, where you’ll find detailed explanations of each processes.
