I have a question from Approvals page in IFS, in below I describe my problem, Would you please help me in this case?

Look at the highlighted part in Picture No.1:

Here we have an Object Description which is separated in 3 parts:

• Part No.1: Project Id
• Part No.2: Activity Id
• Part No.3: Activity Description

Question is exactly here, How could we change this permutation; Look at the queue here:

From left to right we have:

Project Id → Activity Id → Activity Description

I want to arrange  this queue in a new structure:

Project Name → Project Description → Activity Description

Now we should recommend a new path to achieve any element of the top diagram:

1. Obviously for Project Name we can go to Activity page and refer to Project Name box can handle this situation. Picture No.2
2. For Project Description we should go to Project Navigator and referring to  Project tab an Description box can call the Project Description. Picture No.3
3. Finally for Activity Description we do nothing, this field must save from previous method.

• In conclusion we change 2 elements: instead of Project Id we call Project Name and instead of Activity Id we call Project Description.

• The problem is, how we can change this calling queue? I want to Implement the green flow In top.
