Multiple GL Account not link to Subcontract.

Problem: In One Subcontract mutiple task assigned to vendor, task can be related to multiple projects, so should be charge on that one Account (GL account) but it is charing on just one account which is sequentially first. What will the solution to link one subcontract with diffrent activites and diffrent project account charge on project wise GL account(should be diffrent as per project, one project has one GL ACCOUNT).

From what I understand, the best solution might be to create a customization using an event action or to make modification in the subcontract module.
