Hi community.
We’re struggling with the information provided by a project deliverable in terms of after sales service information:
- no serial structure
- no warranty information (available in the inventory part)
- incorrect operational condition
- no belongs to connection (similar to missing serial structure)
- current possition issue (is issued → needs to be in facility)
Any informaiton if this will be coming or why is the information and creation totally different from the CO process, where the information for after sales is correctly stored in the object?
