Hi,

I am developing an integration where the service user connected to and IAM client needs access to all projects in IFS Cloud, restricted or not. Don’t know the project module in IFS Cloud that well but is there another way of granting access, other than the below steps?

  1. Creating an employee connected to the service user
  2. Adding that employee to a Team
  3. Adding all projects in access definition of that Team
  4. Setup an event action/workflow that adds access for every future project created

I’m using standard projections.

@NovAlbinL If the projects are using Project Access, what you have described is the approach that needs to be followed. However the team can be set as the default so that the team is automatically be added to the future project. So that you can save #4. You can find that setting in Teams page.

Hope this helps !

I know, posted in the wrong sub section. Tried to remove it but was unable to.

@NovAlbinL That is ok, I just added it here for the reference.

Following is the basic data I mentioned, when Access to New Projects is enables, the team get added to the future projects. So that the teams have access to the new project by default.
