We have some support contracts in the screen with the navigation below which are owned by a user who has left, and their IFS account is deactivated. How can the ownership be changed to the person now doing the role, and the same will apply to any Support Key ownership as well.
I have tried editing the ownership and changed by details below, as MP01897 has left, but cannot find any way to do that, and because this runs for many years, we cannot just wait for it to expire:
I guess the same will apply to changing any Support Keys related to these agreements as well, but have not started looking at that yet. Thanks for any assistance.
