IFS Apps 10 UPD
We have shop orders that are set to Auto Close but are not Auto Closing.
The Close Code is set to Auto Close
The Qty Complete is equal to the Lot Size
State
Material = Completely Issued
Operations = Completely Reported
Products = Complete Received
Can anyone please advise what the program checks when the system attempts to Auto Close the Shop Order as I cannot see the issue.

Do you have any by-products?
Thank you so much for your reply, on checking the Shop Order there is a By-Product against the order
Will the Shop Order not Auto Close where there is By Products? How can we get this to happen?

When you receive the by-product the order should close
Or delete By Product line from SO before receiving last qty of header-product.

If you still have by-products with remaining and no close tolerance I believe it is correct that the shop order does not auto close.
I tried in Apps 10 update 9 with a shop order lot Size 10, close tolerance 10% and one by-product lot size 10. I received 9 by-products and 10 of the shop order part. the shop order closed automatically.
