I have a team of engineers who belong to a company, “VISA” which is comprised of two sites “VP100” & “VP110”.
When the team are trying to assign an engineer manually to the resource tab of “Single Page Report In Work Order” the engineers available in the list are only those that are assigned to the site at that time rather than the full list, there are seven engineers in total, the attached screenshots capture 4 engineers assigned on one site and 3 engineers on the other.
Is there any way to configure this to have visibility of all seven regardless of site? If not, what is the best or prescribed way of allowing the engineering team to switch an engineers site? Through accessing the “Organization Basic Data”?
