Is there a way to undo the delivery of a customer order line that has the Create SM Object box checked?

+18As per the current design functionality, you cannot "Undo Delivery" if the order line has "Create SM object" checked. This is because a serial object is created in maintenance. Therefore, there is no undo delivery in this situation. The only option is to RMA the item back into inventory.
