We have an inventory of a manufactured part, Part A.  We sell this part as Part A at one price and as part B at a different price (not sure why but...).

Can this be accomplished with versioning or some kind of “also known as” part number?

The inventory cost and reporting would be for Part A.

Essentially, we want to sell the goods so that both Part A and the AKA Part B pull from the same inventory, just different sales prices.

You can connect an inventory part to more than one sales part. This way you can use different prices in these two sales parts:
