while running Transfer Inventory Transaction for a certain site, we are getting the error `The InventoryTransactionHistory object has been removed by another user. ORA-20115: InventoryTransactionHist.REMOVED2` and cannot complete status type 2 transactions into status type 3.
can any one comment on how to resolve this error?

The error message that you are receiving is a generic error message. Hence it is very hard to pin point the exact cause for this error.
