Hello,As seen in the attached picture on the Quality Basic Data page, the marked parts are not marked. However, its status is inactive as seen in the 2nd picture on the Control Plan page. Then, when activated as shown in the 3rd picture, it automatically marks the Mandatory part. Then, on the Quailty Basic Data page, the marked area in the 4th picture becomes ticked. How can I avoid this situation?

The parts are automatically marked as mandatory because the data points are connected to Sample Frequency Triggers (which can be seen in your 2nd screen shot).

 

However, there are occasions when you may not want to mandate the entry of analysis results eventhough there are sample frequency triggers (such as ‘Start Shop Order’) in place. 

The system then allows you to untick the mandatory check boxes with a warning message.

Hi,

This automatic setting of the checkbox is basically necessary from a quality point of view. If this is to be circumvented for your process, this can be solved with an custom event. This event should deactivate the checkboxes in the basic data whenever the control plan is set to active.
