The setting for the Site on Shop Orders for the site is set to Auto Close. When we Create a Shop Order from the CRO line it defaults to Manually Close. Is there a different setting for CRO?

+8Can you verify the setting on site. In the attached image you could notice shop order auto closed setting for the site. Can you verify how it is setup on your site window?

The reason why MRO/CRO shop orders are always created with a manual close is by design and do not have a specific setting.
So users can have more control over the closing process for the MRO/CRO orders.
In complex repair scenarios it would sometimes be quite difficult to reopen a shop order once it has been closed, and also reopening a complex repair shop order could be difficult so it is decided that user should make a manual decision to close the order.
