Hi , My customer will use a Tool both in Manufactuing(Shop Order) and Service (Work Order)

As master level

1. we created a Tool/Equipment] and linked it to oManufacturing Tool Instance]

2. Assinge the Manufacuring Tool to Routing , and create some shop order.

while,

in Resource Analysis screen,

Tools’  “Shop Order Hours” is 0.00.

is it specfication of IFS?

※We tried both APP10 and IFS Cloud, same result.
