We’re implementing IFS at a shipbuilder. They have thousands of project activities (20,000 as a rough number), referred to as work packages, with one or more WO orders attached to the activities (or in their words, the work package).
I think Project Deliverables will fit that solution but I’m running into dead-ends that cause me to double think if I’m taking the right approach.
Would anyone who has used Project Deliverables in an environment that has a huge number of parts and activities have anything on how deliverables was used? It would be very helpful.
