Sometimes, when we right-click on a line, the following pop-up window appears. The behavior does not occur on all lines, only on one or two.
Occasionally, when I right-click, the following window appears.
What is the reason for this window pop up to appear?
Any idea why?
That sounds more to me like a double bounce from your mouse key that is activating one of the commands in the RMB list. Both of the functions you mention are found in the middle of the command list. The messages you see correspond to the first pop-up when selecting the connected command.
